Liv Tyler teams up with Magnus Carlsen for G-Star

Would you believe it? The Norwegian Chess genius is selected to front G-Star together with no other than Liv Tyler.

The 19-year-old Norwegian was contracted by the international clothing brand G-Star, to front their new collection which were launched today at Bread and Butter in Berlin.

-The marketing value of Magnus is rocketing skywards. He’s the number one chess player in the world and the contract with G-Star will make Magnus even bigger and more respected, even outside the world of chess, says Espen Agdestein to VG Net.

The contract is a recognition that Magnus is one of the worlds greatest chess players, which again will reflect on G-Star who only will use the best.

The images were shot by critically acclaimed photographer and film director Anton Corbijn.

    spent på om dette kommer til å påvirke hvilke typer ansiktstrekk som folk synes er attraktive utover det er det jævlig kult :)

    Haha, point taken! Seriøst, han er jo en av verdens beste fotografer - ikke bare "en fotograf" :) Magnus ser jo skikkelig tøff ut, og det er godt gjort hehe
