The Baron apologizes

“To the bravest girl in town Samsaya, I deeply and sincerely apologize for the incident on the runway. I owe you a pleasant surprise next time, beautiful girl!”

Those are the words written on Facebook the day after the accident.

Baron von Bulldog (Kjell Nordström) humbly apologizes after kicking a trashed drum right in between the eyes of the singer Samsaya.

The accident occurred when the trash/disco/punk-group Dobbermann & The Chiuauas performed on stage at Fam Irvolls runway show. At the end of the performance, he smashed two drums with a baseball bat, before kicking the drums with full force out into the crowd.

One of the drums found its mark right between the eyes of the well know singer Samsaya. After the show she was observed backstage with a small ice bag and a very red spot on the upper part of the nose.

Have you spoken with Samsaya after the ordeal?

- Of course I have. I cancelled my event at Fams afterparty to make sure Samsaya was alright. She is fine and we are still good friends. Being in the show business herself, she told me that the show must go on, says Kjell Nordström.

Was it a planned stunt to kick the drums from the runway?

- Not at all. The reason for kicking the drums was to clear the runway of debris, so that the models would not trip and fall. And I certainly did not intend to hurt anyone as I did so.

On OFW’s regular pub talk (aka press conference) the day after, Baron von Bulldog once again apologized for the stunt, before moving over to another hot topic, namely Pia Haraldsens debut as a designer and the controversy of celebrities launching collections without proper designer background.

And if you wonder, Samsaya is a tough girl and survived the ordeal. She was observed later that night at Fam Irvolls afterparty. But she probably will have to powder her nose a bit more for the next few days.
