Helene Westbye`s debut collection was spring/summer 2011. She had immediate success. Her silver shoe became a media-favourite. We expect 2012 to be another year of success.

In the AW12 collection the new tuxedo-shoe scream for attention – a shoe that looks like the shirtfront of a tuxedo will probably make headlines.

She uses different types of leather, such as cowhide and lambskin. Some of the shoes had tassels which is predicted to be big this year. In addition to shoes, she also produced bags of the same materials.

In her new collection we also find kitten heels, stilettos, boots, and sandals with thin straps or braided straps. She showed us that pointed toes are hot, however booties and sandals will still continue to have rounded toes mostly.

Shoes are definitively objects of woman`s desire. We’ve always been wired for shoe. The colour scheme was white, eggplant, burgundy, beige, brown and black.
